精棱锻造厂房建筑面积22188平方米，拥有各类设备220多台套，设备产能达到年产15000t。主要锻压设备有：2500t热模锻压力机、5t数控液压锤、2t数控液压锤等6条模锻生产线，锻造加热设备均为中频感应电炉。主要热处理设备有：500Kg/h与800Kg/h淬火、回火自动生产线、500Kg/h与1200Kg/h等温正火自动生产线等5条连续式热处理自动生产线，热处理温度均由计算机进行全过程控制。具有产品延伸机加工能力，主要机加工设备为：卧式数控加工中心、立式数控加工中心、数控车床等70多台套。拥有自行模具设计制造能力，主要模具加工设备为：自动焊接机器人、龙门加工中心、立式数控加工中心等20多台套。
     Jingling Forge Plant covers a building area of 22188m². It has more than 220 equipments and annual capacity is 15000t. There are 6 die forging production lines including 2500 hot die forge press,5t hydraulic hammer and 2T hydraulic hammer ,etc and 5 continuous heat treatment lines including 500kg/h & 800kg/h auto quenching & tempering production lines and 500kg/h & 1200kg/h isotherm normalization line,etc , the temperature is auto-controlled during heat treatment process . Jingling could do machining for raw forging ,there are around 70sets machines for machining including CNC horizontal machining center , CNC vertical machining center and lathe, etc . Jingling also could do self tooling designing and manufacturing , there are more than 20sets machines for tooling machining , including auto welding robot , gantry machining center and vertical CNC machining center ,etc .
